Treasure Life 6 Annual Golf Classic – May 31, 2013

 

The 6th Annual Treasure Life Golf Tournament was a hit with 116 players taking to the links at the Coloniale Golf Course in Beaumont on May 31st, 2013.

The sun was shining bright, the clouds were minimal, there was enough wind to keep the mosquitoes at bay and the positive energy was radiating everywhere you looked.

Many volunteers consisting of the Board Members, family, friends and golfers from across Western Canada came together to participate in an event that brought so many people together to raise funds for such a worthwhile cause. $30,000.00 was raised at this event which will go a long way to support our programs at the Stollery Children’s Hospital.

Aside from a great game of golf everyone had the opportunity to bid on the many silent auction items that were donated, participate in door prizes and enjoy a delicious lunch provided by the Golf Club.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support Evan’s legacy! So many children benefit from the funds raised at this event and for that we are grateful.
